CryptoLogic is recognized as a pioneer and leading software developer in the rapidly expanding Internet gaming industry. Individuals registered in 240 nations and territories worldwide use their software. CryptoLogic has processed more than $30 billion US in secure electronic deposits from more than 2 million clients, and employs about 400 employees worldwide. Common shares of the Company are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CRY), on the Nasdaq National Market (CRYP) and on the London Stock Exchange Main Market (CRP).

CryptoLogic, Inc., founded in 1995, is a software application service provider based in Ireland. They are one of the five largest in the industry. A subsidiary company called WagerLogic is responsible for the licensing, support services, and payment processing of its gaming software.

The company’s first licensee, InterCasino, launched in 1996. Since then, the company has dealt with several other online casino and poker rooms. The online gaming rooms include William Hill, UK’s leading bookmaker (and the first land-based operator to extend their business online).

CryptoLogic is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (CRY), on the NASDAQ (CRYP), and on the London Stock Exchange (CRP). Playboy used CryptoLogic software to launch their casino and poker business in 2007 while World Poker Tour Enterprises joined the CryptoLogic network in that same year.

CryptoLogic seems to be a dying poker network. Many poker sites have left CryptoLogic for networks such as iPoker or Cake Poker, and thus they have suffered a massive loss of traffic. The future is unknown for the once large CryptoLogic network.
