B2B Poker (Sweden) AB is at the centre of a European network for online poker.
Their system targets the European customer. All gaming information is provided in
13 different languages and the playing currency is the Euro.
B2B Poker works with professional poker players to deliver a fast, intuitive and cutting edged
interface that gives the feel of live professional poker action.
B2B Poker’s goal is to be the leading network for poker players in Europe. B2B Poker is based in Sweden. The company is a subsidiary of 24hPoker AB and is part owned by Unibet Group Plc.
B2B Poker owns the Poker Software and is responsible for both technical setup and development.
The B2B Poker Network is operated by Poknet Systems S.A. (Costa Rica), a wholly owned subsidiary to B2B Poker.
In Feb 2000, the B2B Poker Network is conceived and software development begins. By May of 2002,
the company introduces real money games. In
June of 2004, 24hPoker AB, the company that developed the software, and the largest independent
bookmaker in Scandinavia, Unibet Group Plc, enter into an agreement to create a powerful poker network focusing
on the European market. On September 7, 2004, the B2B Poker Network receives massive growth due to
the launch of Unibet's poker room and 24hPoker. After only one month the network becomes the 10th largest
poker room in the world.
